USA/Canada West Coast: Sunday to Friday 3pm to 11pm PDT (GMT-7)
USA/Canada East Coast: Sunday to Friday 6pm to 2am EDT (GMT-4)
During those times, we'll do our best to respond to your inquiry within 1-2 hours. If your request comes in before or after those hours, you'll still get a top-notch response, but it may take a bit longer as we may be sleeping, eating, or actually (gasp) spending time with our families.
